Q1: How to get a sample?
A1: Sample order is acceptable. Please contact us and make sure what sample do you need.
Q2: What about the leading time?
A2: In general, the leading time is about 1 to 7 days. But please confirm the exactly leading time with us as different products
and different quantities will have different leading times.
Q3: How about the packing and shipping?
A3: Normally, we have carton for packaging. And send goods only by cartons.If you have any other special requirements, please feel

Q5: How about the payment clause?
A5: Normally,We make full payment before delivery.Paypal, Western Union, and L/C are also available.But if you are our VIP
client,we can accept 30%T/T in advance, the 70% T/T balance before the delivery.
Q6: How about warranty and procedure?
A6: Warranty time: 12 months

2) If the problems still cannot be solved after checking within warranty time, the user can return the defective unit, we will
repair and send it back to you.
